Rates
Tahoe Wolfs Den vacation home, 4 bedroom, 3 bath with a loft and game room on 1.8 acres in South Lake Tahoe, California.
NEW DISCOUNTED RATES:
Winter (Nov 15-April 22) $320.00 per night :::(3 night minimum for weekends) $1950.00 per week.
Spring (Apr 22-June 12) $250.00 per night ::: $1500.00 per week.
Summer (June 13-Sept 15) $320.00 per night :::(3 night minimum for weekends) $1950.00 per week.
Fall (Sept 16-Nov 14) $250.00 per night ::: $1500.00 per week.
Christmas holiday- 5 night minimum::: New Years holiday 7 night minimum.
Christmas week $2800.00. New Years week $3000.00.
All other holidays $350.00- $450.00 per night. (3-7 night minimum at owners discretion)
Cleaning Fee $150.00.
Eldorado County Room Tax 10%

Payment Terms
Personal checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are happily accepted. 50% is required to hold a reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Payments include the nightly charge, Cleaning fee of $150.00 and 10% county tax. |
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to your arrival there is a $100.00 fee.
For cancellations, 90-31 days prior to your arrival, there is a 50% fee.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations made less than thirty (30) days for any reason.
